The correct shoes will give proper protection to your hips and knees, give the correct grip for whatever surface you are on and give you the best performance. The rest is up to you! Talk to your local independent who will probably have a background of sport and will have access to all the experts if necessary. As a general rule, the more you pay the better sole and more support you get. Remember, that old favourite pair that have been around for too long will have compacted inside the sole and will not be supporting you body as they should. Take a good look at them!
